TASTING NOTES

Very dark garnet colored wine, with an aroma of polished ripe berries with elegant notes of toast and light mint. With a velvety and full palate, tannins present, wild berries well matched with the aromas of vanilla and toast from new barrels.

WINE HARMONIZATION SUGGESTION

Ideal with lamb stew, roasted loin with plums, foie gras and dry Alentejo cheeses.
